Transition Planning is a process of the Program Planning Process Group in the Standard for Program Management. There is no comparable process in the project management Body of Knowledge Why not? Is the Project Management Body of Knowledge lacking in this area?
Both are lacking in many areas. Project Management can be learnt from practise only, not from theory!
